According to my upline they have made deals with a few big investors in Europe for a total of 400M euro.
I don't think anyone is getting any interest except those few individuals. And they are also using the companys profit on those investments to replace the money that is frozen so it can start generating profits also.
Also my upline said the lawfirm is anticipating that they will be able to recover some of the funds in USA from 15 July.

Estimados Inversores

Tal como ya les anunciamos, en el día de hoy, iniciamos el proceso de activación de los "Capitales Retenidos"a “Capitales Operativos”

Este proceso, se irá llevando a cabo, gradualmente cada quincena de forma ordenada, en grupos determinados de inversores, siguiendo criterios escogidos por la Dirección.

En esta primera quincena, se iniciará la activación de un 20% del Capital Retenido a todos aquellos inversores inscritos desde el día 1 de Enero de 2009.
En la siguiente quincena, la activación de los Capitales corresponderá a otro grupo de inversores con otras fechas de inscripción más antiguas, pero no necesariamente en el mismo porcentaje.

Señores inversores, ya hemos iniciado el proceso hacia la normalización de sus inversiones.

This process will be implemented gradually each fortnight in an orderly manner, in certain groups of investors, according to criteria chosen by the Directorate.

In this first half will start the activation of 20% of the funds held for all those investors entered the day January 1, 2009.
In the next fortnight, the activation of the Capitals fall to another group of investors with other registration dates older but not necessarily in the same percentage.

Following our promise, to get back to normal as soon as possible, we will continue with the activation process of the Retained Capitals.

As well as this, as you already know, our lawyers in the USA continue working with the aim to recover the retained capitals.

We want to remind you that, the Retained Capitals, are possible thanks to the profits generated with the capitals that operate, under normal conditions, in Europe.

On this occasion, -the closure for June- we will proceed to activate 10% of the retained capital to those investors registered as from November and December, 2008. These make up a total of 21.200 investors.

I talked to FFX yesterday--I was very impressed that the woman I talked to would not give me any info until I verified my ID#, name and then she asked my DOB. She then told me the date I registered which was in 4/08. I asked about the new banner on the home page--she said everyone should register--there is a new plan coming out. She also said the date of registration would be the factor in releasing money, not when you deposited money. They are probably releasing funds for people who registered in Oct/Sept 08 next on the 15th of this month and every two weeks work backwards to the first investors--the new investors were not paid--we were. Also, I have several investors in my group who have had money released--it still may take time. Some people here are getting upset and wanting to sue, hiring lawyers, calling the courthouses, FBI, and States Atty, but to no avail--they can't find any illegal activity that FFX is doing. One persons lawyer gave him his money back because nothing was found!

- What exactly is "The best has yet to come" and after registering is a conformation link sent.

- Nothing has been mentioned about the blocked USA funds, are there any clarifications regarding this?

- Are there any Cardona sightings?

well as for your questions... here are some answers as far we know:

Well there should be also english contact, but usually there is noone to answer,so it is better to try over spanish and usually they do some effort to solve your problems

It should be a new product... and as far as we have got informations it is good to sign-up there.

Aboat blocked funds... nothing new on that field... even more lately there is no informations on anything!

Finally... Cardona is totally out of reach, there are no answers neither to mails or any other comunicattions with him!

sorry that i could not tell anything "good", but this is situation at the time!
hopefully it will be better soon!
