PROBLEMI GLEDE MASTERCARD KARTICE!!


Pozdravljeni!

Situacija je glede novih Mastercad kartic je sledeča:

Ker so v glavnem skoraj vsi vlagatelji panično klicali (kljub izrecnim opozorilom, naj ne kličejo tistih številk) tiste številke, ki so bile zadaj na listih, kjer so bile prilepljene Mastercard kartice, je banki prekipelo in so zablokirali vse račune oziroma jih dali v stanje mirovanja. Ker očitno liderji niso na to dovolj opozarjali svojih vlagateljev, je prišlo do te situacije. Sedaj bodo morali celotno zadevo znova reševati. Predvideva se, da se bo ta problem reševal 10 dni, lahko pa tudi dlje, torej nekje do 5. oktobra, mogoče še kakšen dan dlje.

Mi smo vas v sporočilih na to posebej opozarjali.

Torej je zadeva takšna, da investitor dobi denar, ki je bil na kartici, nazaj v back office, verjetno v available deposit za katerega boste lahko zahtevali wire transfer (bančno izplačilo) na vaš račun. Oziroma, če je denar nekje »obvisel«, ga bodo morali pravtako vrniti nazaj v vaš backoffice

Pri TIRNu bodo zelo veseli, če se bodo vlagatelji v prihodnosti držali navodil, saj bodo na takšen način lažje poslovali.

Lohko vprašam zakaj oz. kaj bi stem pridobili če bi klicali na omenjeno številko.

Nič. Ljudje ne berejo sporočil in kličejo številke iz kartic ker mislijo da jih tako aktivirajo. V bistvu so pa številke za preklic kartic v primeru izgube. Ker vsi ne berejo obvestil katera daje TIRN že ene pol meseca kako se uporabljajo kartice je pač to tako in je to spet plunek v lastno skledo.

Vse je lepo v backofficeu pisalo kako je treba s karticami ravnati in zaradi takih posameznikov ki ne berejo se bo vsaj 2500 vlagateljev v slo in v sosednjih državah obrisalo pod nosom za sedaj pričakovana izplačila.

Dear TIRN Members,
ANRES has requested us on behalf of Banco Interacciones to cancel the current Banco mastercards that members have which was a temporary program and start issuance of the permanent Swanky card program that was set up for our members.
The Banco Interacciones cards were temporary cards that were issued while the Swanky cards were going through the approval process. We had sent multiple emails to members requesting them to NOT contact Banco Interacciones for card questions, investment related questions and others and ONLY contact ANRES but some members did not pay attention to this important information so and caused severe problems not only for ANRES but also for Banco who did not want to handle member calls and also did not have any information about TIRN or its programs. As we have kept informing members in the last several months, banking regulations have become very strict especially with anti-money laundering regulations in place especially with international transfers and several of our members continue to ignore basic instructions provided by ANRES and TIRN and an example of this was constant calls to Banco Interaccionies even after we have specifically mentioned in emails, in the back office and other avenues to ONLY contact ANRES .
ANRES is preparing a "How to" fact sheet to let members know how to use their international pre-paid Swanky card and any violations of this process will result in not only termination of the members card ability but also possible cancellation of members contract in TIRN.
We are fortunate that ANRES is continuing to work with us and support us and provide us the solution even after very few members caused problems with their issuing bank.
The new SWANKY cards will be sent out in the next 7 to 10 business days.
The wire transfer option has been TEMPORARILY activated in the back office for members to request their funds that were available on the Banco Interacciones card till the new SWANKY cards are available and ANRES can wire existing Banco card funds to members if they so choose.
Please note that the new SWANKY cards is a full ANRES card program and will be controlled by ANRES with their customer information # on the cards so we hope to minimize the problems that have been caused so far. The cards will be sent to members and there will be NO charge for the new card which will come automatically activated for those who have a current Banco card .
The Banco cards have been made inactive currently and will not be of use in the future.
Once again, we regret this inconvenience and we are working hard with ANRES to make sure that the issues that a few members cause does not affect the overall work of most of our members.

kr prav razumete.. te kartice so out!!!! bolj pa me neki druzga moti... ljudje so klicali... najverjetneje tisti ki se niti kartic niso dobili ;)????? me res zanima ce je kdo klical, pa ce se mu zdi da bi ga tuki kdo grdo gledu naj mi na zs poslje, ker bi s tem samo rad preveru eno informacijo!!!

obstaja pa tudi možnost, da je to samo en izgovor in je razlog za preklic kartic nekje drugje!?? :wink:

Ja sam takav mail dobio prošli mjesec.

Kada klikneš na link, otvori ti se stranica ripway.com koja izgleda isto kao tirnova.

Ako upišeš podatke, balans adio i više ne možeš ući u svoj backoffice, ni forget password ne pomaže, jer frajeri promjene tvoju mail adresu i broj telefona. Samo tirnov support ti može resetirati password.

Debetna kartica, imenska, podprta z MasterCard sistemom in gor piše Swanky, to je to.
